Answers;
1)Orders can be placed via TheMidnightCandle.com. or by fax.
2)Orders can be canceled by contacting us via email, at TheMidnightCandle, fax or give us a call at 215-528-9505, and give us an update. Please allow time for proper processing.
3)Yes, items can be added on as separate transactions. Depending on when the add-orders are made they can all be delivered at the same time.
4)Yes, certain items can be canceled but, please be aware that usually it takes about 30 days to process the transaction with your credit card company or other alternative payment option, so it may not show up immediately on your statement. It may take a few weeks for processing, so please allow time for the proper return of credits.

6)Our hours of operation are from 7:30am-4:30pmest.
7)If items are damaged during the shipping process we will ship out another order upon return of the damaged product. Please allow time for proper processing.
8)Yes! We accept orders by fax! The number is 1-888-240-1649myfax.com.My fax.com is just another way of emailing orders without the use of a fax machine. Always remember to use the 1 in front of the number and make sure your text is more than 30 characters.
9)An email confirming your order will be sent to you with a tracking number that can be used for checking on the status of your order.
10)Certainly! Contact us at support@TheMidnightCandle;1-888-240-1649myfax or give us a call at 215-528-9505 and give us an update on any change of address or billing method changes.
Please allow us processing time as the order may have been completed, but we will do our best to accomodate your request!
